Transportation Request Reminder
All transportation requests for the 2012-2013 school year for private or parochial students must be made by April 1, 2012, regardless of whether the request is for a first-time applicant or is a renewal.
In accordance with New York State law, applications received after the April 1st deadline will not be accepted. If you need additional information please call 878-0052.
District Tax Code
When filing your State Income Tax form, please be certain to fill in the Center Moriches Union Free School District Tax Code (096) in the appropriate space provided. School aid will be affected if the school district or code number is incorrect or missing.
You must enter the name and code of the public school district where you were a resident on December 31, 2011. This information applies even if you were temporarily absent, if the school district your child attended was not in your school district, or if you had no children attending school.
