Mission Statement

Information Literacy is the key to acedemic success. Information is all around us. The goal of our Library program is to ensure that when students graduate from Center Moriches High School they are able to locate, access, evaluate, and use information in meaningful ways. We encourage all of our students to become life-long learners. These goals are met by addressing the 21st Century learning and information literacy standards supported by the Americha Library Association (ALA) and the New York Library Association (NYLA).
