In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, Clayton Huey Elementary School hosted a schoolwide read-aloud of the book, “Platanos Go with Everything.” Library media specialist Ms. Craig and FLES teacher Ms. Lopez facilitated the activity. They read the book aloud from the library while it was livestreamed into classrooms for students to enjoy. Students were even treated to a platanos recipe at the end of the story!
