To submit a nomination for this prestigious award, please have the digital application completely filled out. If you would like a hard copy application, paper applications are available in the Main Offices of each building.

Please attach a detailed statement citing the nominee’s accomplishments and reason for your nomination.  Please explain why you believe the person you are nominating should be the Center Moriches School District Teacher or Paraprofessional of the Year.  

Some items to consider: the person's methods for meeting student needs, desire for professional growth, community involvement, dedication to the profession, rapport with colleagues, students, and parents, etc.  

This nomination form and attached explanation must be postmarked by Friday, May 23, 2025.  

Each individual can nominate up to one member of the Center Moriches Teachers Association and/or Center Moriches Paraprofessionals Association.
