Good Afternoon Center Moriches Families, 

Due to a notification that all New York State schools received a few minutes ago from the New York State Education Department (NYSED), the Commissioner of the NYSED has announced that all districts will receive a waiver that will not be counted against their planned calendars. Based on the NYSED recent notification, all Center Moriches Schools are shifting to a traditional snow day on Monday, February 23, 2026.
